McCain Adviser Denies Palin’s Claim She Granted Couric Interview Because She Pitied Couric’s Low Self Esteem
One of the whackiest claims Sarah Palin makes in her new book is that she agreed to her disastrous interview with Katie Couric — a central event during Campaign 2008 — because a top McCain aide told her Couric had low self esteem, leading Palin to take pity on the CBS anchor.
A McCain adviser I just spoke to adamantly denied the claim, and provided a counter story: Palin was repeatedly urged by McCain aides to prepare for the interview, but refused.
Palin claims in her new book that she agreed to sit down with Couric partly because she felt sorry for her, after senior McCain adviser Nicolle Wallace told her that Couric suffered from self-esteem problems. It’s understandable that Palin would try to deflect blame for the interview: It was a disaster that hastened her unmasking as unqualified for the presidency.
“It’s not true,” the McCain adviser I just reached said, laughing heartily at the claim. “It’s ridiculous.”
The adviser also provided more details on the strategy the campaign adopted with Palin and the press, saying they feared making her available to groups of reporters because of her incompetence.
“She lacked the knowledge base to stand in front of the press corps that was traveling with her and answer questions,” the adviser said delicately. “Because of the success of the convention speech, the feeling was that she should be exposed to as many people as possible directly, not through a media filter. The way to do that was to do interviews with the anchors.”
“The truth is, she refused to prepare for the Katie Couric interview,” the adviser continued. “She refused to engage in any preparation. And it was a disaster.”
The adviser also mocked a contradiction at the core of Palin’s claims: She’s simultaneously saying she was muzzled and kept from the press, even as she’s claiming she only did the Couric interview at the urging of McCain aides.
“You were prevented from talking to all these reporters, and you’re mad about that,” the adviser said, chortling incredulously. “But you’re also mad about the interviews you did. It’s so full of contradictions that you don’t know where to begin.”

Update: More Palin book news, plus a fact check, right here.
This blog’s homepage is here. RSS feed here. Twitter feed here. Email me here.

You did this for me, didn’t you, Greggy?
“because a top McCain aide told her Couric had low self esteem, leading Palin to take pity on the CBS anchor.”
Jesus take the wheel! This woman is nutso – wow!
And who is the insane person who ghosted that book?
Anyone notice how perfect Palin is? It’s just her bad luck to run into so many mistake prone people.
And all that badgering that Katie Couric did (”So, what do you read?”) — it was so unfair.
“A McCain adviser I just spoke to adamantly denied the claim, and provided a counter story: Palin was repeatedly urged by McCain aides to prepare for the interview, but refused.”
This is the thing that has been reported, leaked, and denied over and over and I really think it’s key to Sarah: She wouldn’t prepare. She didn’t want to and didn’t think she needed to.
She really has been insulated up there in Alaska. She had no clue what national politics were like. STill doesn’t and apparently still doesn’t care.
Sarah is only going to do what Sarah wants to do. She won’t run for president again. She doesn’t want that kind of heat.
Tena — yes, this one was for you.
“Anyone notice how perfect Palin is? It’s just her bad luck to run into so many mistake prone people.”
I should have just co-signed this and skipped my long-a*s*s comment.
LOL You said it, well, perfectly.
Greg -{{{{MWAAH!}}}}
Hey Sarah – since you’re a voracious reader, you want to come talk to me about Alice in Wonderland and Lolita?
I have a smashing theory.
LOL.
I thought Levi confirmed that Sarah doesn’t like to read or prepare for things. Remember how he said she would come home in the middle of the day to watch HGTV?
I can’t wait to check this book out from the library.
“t Sarah doesn’t like to read or prepare for things”
Here’s a short lesson that contains all you need to know about Sarah Palin:
She doesn’t think she has to do anything except wink, smile, wear the right clothes and shoes and that’s it – everyone will fall down and worship.
She lacked the knowledge base to stand in front of the press corps
You might think that would have been an issue before she was nominated. In fact you might think that would have been a reason to disqualify her from consideration. Then again, it seems to have given Carrie Prejean a lot of hope.
Let me revise:
Wink, smile, look **** and kneecap anyone who gets in her way while smiling that sweetly poisonous smile.
look s*e*x*y
this censorship program has a very weird sense of what is objectionable.
And so we’re back to talking about 1/2 term Palin again? She’s a habitual liar so I appreciate the McCain staffer pushback but the Palin acolytes aren’t going to be listening to him anyway and will trust Palin’s word against Jesus Christ’s if there were a way of getting it.
s e x y is objectionable? that’s outrageous. I’ll make sure that’s changed.
“And so we’re back to talking about 1/2 term Palin again?”
Greg did that for me – he knows I get fired up talking about the nitwit.
Women pegged her perfectly in the first 10 minutes after she appeared. It took men a lot longer – even progressive men.
I spent hours arguing at TPM, with progressive men over whether I was being sexist in talking about her lousy mothering skills and the fact that she drags Trig around like another accessory; about her egregiously out of place flirting; the whole thing. For 2 weeks the progressive men kept getting disgusted with we women because we could see right through her.
Hell, my mother actually warned me about women like Sarah when I was growing up. She described the type and told me to always watch my back around women like that.
I know we all enjoy talking about Sarah, I’m no exception but OT, I just found this at FDL. Perhaps one of the reasons they picked SDNY for the Trial is because they have some evidence in their vast anti-terror division which is untainted by the happenings at GTMO.
http://firedoglake.com/2009/11/13/some-alleged-911-plotters-to-be-tried-in-sdny-storehouse-of-evidence-untainted-by-torture/
I actually might read some of this book. But, then, why? An hour or two I’ll never get back. Sho’ as *hell* aint gonna buy it!
Dear Sarah,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_projection
In psychopathology, projection is an especially commonly used defense mechanism in people with certain personality disorders:
* Paranoid personality disorder
* Narcissistic personality disorder
* Antisocial personality disorder
* Psychopathy
* Borderline personality disorder
I’m just glad Palin isn’t much on parenting, schooling, or education and relies on something as stupid as an invisible cloud being and ignorance. I hook up with her ***** daughters every chance I can! I have them believing that they need to suck my ***** three times a day to cure throat cancer and they believe me!!! Nothing better than a brain dead twat with parents as stupid as a cinder block if you wanna get sexed for free!
And that stayed in. I’ll be back later.
Jeez:
Alaska GOP Gov. Sean Parnell did not greet Barack Obama on Thursday when the president traveled to Elmendorf Air Force Base near Anchorage to speak to service members.
Parnell spokeswoman Sharon Leighow told POLITICO that the governor did not have any meetings scheduled with the president during Obama’s brief stay and explain that “the governor had a speaking engagement today that he committed to two months ago and was not able to make it to base in time before they locked it down.”
……..Scumbag doesn’t even greet the POTUS b/c of a speaking engagement? What was that engagement? I’d like to know.
Imsinca – Sounds to me like they nailed it in your link.
If there is sufficient evidence untouched at all by Gitmo, the judge might not allow evidence of torture to even come in – it’s not relevant.
This trial will be interesting and closely watched.
Her interview with Charlie Gibson revealed more than the one with Couric did.
When Gibson asked her something she didn’t want or couldn’t answer the first she did was try to charm him into changing the question and she got mad when her winks and smiles weren’t working. That’s when she invariably gets hostile in a situation.
She did that during the debate with Biden. She came in thinking she could either charm or intimidate Biden and Gwen Ifill. That’s her main MO – first try s*e*x appeal and then attack if rejected.
Well you’re right about the women Tena, my Texas Republican mother said that Palin left her uncomfortable almost from day one (to my complete surprise). I gave her a window of a few days to prove herself (her first speech wasn’t that bad), but then it quickly became apparent how ignorant of the wider world she really is.
Greg,
Here’s an interesting new health care angle possibly could use some of your trademark rigorous follow-up…..
Tensions brim between GOP and CEOs over healthcare reform
Tension between Republicans and the nation’s top CEOs over healthcare reform escalated this week when the executives released a report praising aspects of President Barack Obama’s top initiative.
Republicans in Congress and some of their business allies in Washington are fuming over a new report commissioned by the Business Roundtable (BRT), an organization that represents more than 50 of the nation’s biggest corporations.
The report claims that parts of the Democratic legislation could cut healthcare costs substantially.
Obama on Thursday seized on the findings, issuing a statement that notes the report found future healthcare costs could fall by $3,000 per employee with passage of the legislation.

s e x y is objectionable? that’s outrageous. I’ll make sure that’s changed.
It doesn’t like c r a p either!
“my Texas Republican mother said that Palin left her uncomfortable almost from day one”
You have a thinking mom. Cause there are a lot of Texas Republican women who cannot see past the Trig story to the real Sarah. There are loads of righwing women who think Sarah is a saint for having Trig, and they worship her practically.
LOL, the moonbats are in full frenzy today, obsessing over the threat posed by a woman they just know all Americans despise.
Tena, the original dimwitted far-left harpy, claiming to speak for all women in “seeing through” and hating SP. SP would bury your uneducated and ignorant rear end in any contest of wits or knowledge. And you of all women are exactly the kind others of more sound character and mind need to watch out for. Just look who it is who is spewing hatred and prejudice because you feel threatened by SP.
Ethan, the campus Stalinist again retreading psychobabble -the ultimate leftwing delusion of projecting projection of personality disorders and derangements that are in truth more likely shared by the moonbats here and their exalted Leader.
And then there is Greg himself passing off more anonymous backbiting commentary from Sarah haters, as well as undocumented claims about what her book says by people who haven’t seen it themselves. Think I’ll wait until we see what it actually says.
To use Bilgey’s term, you all need to get outside the sweat lodge now and then. You might realize what a tiny fringe you are.
Mother Theresa Palin;
Rescuing God, and Katie Couric From The Brink!
Yup Yup; You Becha!!!
You know what else was deplorable? The way that phony Michelle and Barack paraded and used their two daughters. Absolutely disgusting using their kids for political gain like that. Trying to pretend they are good parents or something. I mean, can you believe they brought them on stage? And so many moonbats just fell for it.
I forgot, Tena, we already knew you hate the fact that Trig was born and exists, and if you had your way all such undesirables would be aborted so you wouldn’t have to see them, or at least the unsophisticated louts who don’t abort such babies should keep them out of view.
But thanks for displaying your ugly sentiments again to remind everyone.
QB: trollus perfectus; characterized by always looking for a fight, which is after all the entire raison d’etre for the species trollus. It’s how it got its name – trolling for arguments.

one word for SP-quitter. Spin *that*…
“Ethan, the campus Stalinist again retreading psychobabble”
Just so ya know, my ancestors were driven out of Russia in the Stalinist pogroms. Those who weren’t killed in the streets, that is. So good luck with that line of attack…
“In fact you might think that would have been a reason to disqualify her from consideration. Then again, it seems to have given Carrie Prejean a lot of hope.”
Jesus take the wheel for real!
Talk about empty heads and empty hearts -
I’m actually mystified that Republicans are still listening to the loonies at their magazines and think tanks. These guys led them into Iraq, their economic theories crashed the economy, and then they saddled them with Sarah Palin!
I’m sorry, if I were a Republican I’d be burning copies of the Weekly Standard. These guys have led them off so many cliffs, they should be re-named the lemming party.
“they should be re-named the lemming party”
Now, that is really funny, thanks.
“they should be re-named the lemming party.”
LOL!
O they’re pushing each other over those cliffs these days.
quarterback,
Again with the charge of Stalinist. On what basis do you level the charge at anyone? Could it be that it is just more of your meaningless invective which you so cavalierly hurl at anyone who offends you?
Your contention that Sarah Palin is witty speaks volumes about you. She is a moron. She hasn’t uttered a single extemporaneous remark which has been even remotely coherent since bursting onto the national stage. Only another moron would extoll her wit. Believe me, liberals do not fear her; we love her. Or more accurately, we love that so many deluded souls on the right see her as their standard bearer. We desperately want her to be the GOP nominee for president in 2012. Nothing would please us more.
You also castigate President Obama and the First Lady for, “paraded and used their two daughters. Absolutely disgusting using their kids for political gain like that.” What of your “witty” Sarah Palin? She used Trig as a campaign prop throughout the entire campaign. She carried him off the plane at every single stop and made sure that her family – at times including Levi Johnston – was prominently displayed onstage. Like the Osmonds, her entire clan was part of the act. In contrast, the Obamas severely limited exposure of their daughters to a very few instances. Do your best. Find individual instances, with specific dates corresponding to the events, of the Obamas trotting their kids before the cameras and I’ll do the same for Palin. Do you want to bet which count will be higher? But you don’t do research, do you?
Tena,
I doff my chapeau to you. With but a single post you can poke QB so hard that he needs three, four, or even more posts to respond with what passes for his brand of logic. Would that my posts could consistently have the same effect. Bravo.
Let’s see how many responses from the QB this one prompts.
QB, you are the greatest. A perfect embodimet of your ridiculous political party. We PLEAD with the powers that be to nominate this northwoods grifter for President. I swaer I would change my registration to vote for her in the primary. 2012 would be the absolute greatest election of all time should Sarah Palin challenge Barack Obama. My God — PLEASE do your best to make it happen.
OMG!!!
“# Palin asserts that there was a “jaded aura” around McCain’s political advisors once she entered the campaign. In fact, McCain’s aides bent over backwards to protect Palin and to try to get her up to speed on international affairs. In addition to not knowing whether or not Africa was a continent, according to sources in the McCain campaign, Palin also didn’t understand the difference between England and Great Britain. And much, much more.”
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/geoffrey-dunn/the-first-ten-lies-from-e_b_356347.html
She didn’t understand the difference between England and Great Britain.
Not: “she didn’t know.” She didn’t understand.

Wow.
“change my registration to vote for her in the primary”
Texas has an open primary. I’d vote for her in the primary, too.
Hopefully Megan McCain will pop up with some cheap shot at Palin. Megan has been holding her guns for sure.
I’ve got my fingers crossed that Levi let’s loose with a whopper of a story. I’m hoping it’s about housegate.
Please GOP big shots….make this lady go away!!!

“Greg:

Made. My. Day! Thank you, Kathleen Hussein from Maine. LOL!
Bless her heart. Sarah Palin consented to the Couric interviews because Katie was just so frail unsure of herself. Isn’t just like Sarah Palin to always put the interests of others ahead of her own? Just like when she quit her job as governor to benefit the citizens of Alaska. It was so selfless to voluntarily make herself appear to be so foolish just to help prop up Katie’s ratings. But, Sarah is just like that, doncha’ know?
Palin just went ahead and willingly stepped on that rake multiple times for the sake of her sister Katie. Good on ya’ Sarah!
Gasman
LOL! That was brilliant.
The reason Moosebrain the Quitter doesn’t rag on ol’ Levi in her new coloring book boils down to two possibilities:
1. Moosebrain had *** with Levi, OR
2. Levi can prove that sweet little political pawn Trig is actually Bristol’s baby, NOT Moosebrain’s.
Then again, perhaps Trig is the result of Moosebrian’s *** romp *WITH LEVI.*
In any case, sooner or later, Andrew Sullivan WILL be proven correct: SWEET LITTLE TRIG IS NOT MOOSEBRAIN’S BABY.
And as some perceptive wag once wrote: “All of Palin’s kids should be named “PROP.”
*** in both cases = S_E_X
I hope katie snaggles another “interview” with sarah.
Gawd, this woman literally tramples on people who come in her way, doesn’t she ?
“The adviser also mocked a contradiction at the core of Palin’s claims: She’s simultaneously saying she was muzzled and kept from the press, even as she’s claiming she only did the Couric interview at the urging of McCain aides.”
I’ve got to say that the really funny part to me was the McCain aide having a laugh about Sarah saying ridiculously contradictory things. I mean, come on, seriously? Name me one Republican in office now who doesn’t say six or seven riduculously contradictory things everytime he opens his mouth?
Sarah Palin’s behavior makes exactly zero sense if she’s planning on leading a political movement to the White House, but her behavior makes complete sense if she’s trying to cash in on 15 minutes of fame.
She has no future in politics, but she has a huge future as a political celebrity.
As I’ve said before, I look forwards to the day when Sarah Palin is most well known for her behavior in front of Judge Judy during the Palin divorce proceedings.
New York Times – 10/30/08:
All told, 59 percent of voters surveyed said Ms. Palin was not prepared for the job, up nine percentage points since the beginning of the month. Nearly a third of voters polled said the vice-presidential selection would be a major factor influencing their vote for president, and those voters broadly favor Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic nominee.
CNN – 10/28/09:
More than seven in 10 Americans think Sarah Palin is not qualified to be president, according to a new national poll.
Gasbag,
You are a riot as usual. You follow sanctimonious scolding about “meaningless invective which you so cavalierly hurl” with more of the cavalier and meaningless invective that is all you know. Do you even realize how ridiculous this statement is:
“She hasn’t uttered a single extemporaneous remark which has been even remotely coherent since bursting onto the national stage. Only another moron would extoll her wit.”
If there were a world record for absurd hyperbole, you would hold it in perpetuity for your habitual idiocies like that one.
I refer to Ethan as Stalinist because, after reading many of his posts — including many deranged and fact-free rants directed at me, it is clear that it is the right description. You wouldn’t understand, since you lack the education or intellect for it. If you were to apply yourself diligently to reading history, perhaps you might begin to get it. You probably should try, because you are quite Stalinist in your rhetoric and behavior as well. I have no doubt that you would start putting bullets in the heads of deviationists or sending them to Siberia if given half the chance. It is evident in virtually everything you say.
You are also so obtuse that you didn’t even see the irony in my post about the Obama kids. No matter how much I deliberately try to underestimate your wits, you still fall short of comprehending the obvious.
So here is the explanation in simple terms: Tena once again trashed Palin for taking Trig in public while campaigning. So I was pointing out the typical liberal hypocrisy of singling out only a Republican woman while worshipping the Obamas, who also made sure to present their kids and their perfect family image to the public. Get it? Probably not, but that’s as clear as it can be made.
“I’m actually mystified that Republicans are still listening to the loonies at their magazines and think tanks. These guys led them into Iraq, their economic theories crashed the economy, and then they saddled them with Sarah Palin!”
It’s more complicated than that. There are different factions within the Republican Party. You can get a very rough picture by dividing them into “paleocons”, “neocons” and “teabaggers”.
“Paleocons” and “neocons” are pro-corporation and essentially rational (in a selfish kind of way). The main difference between them is that “paleocons” are isolationists and “neocons” are globalists. So the economic collapse was brought about by deregulation supported by both the “neocons” and “paleocons”, but the invasion of Iraq was strictly a “neocon” project.
“Teabaggers” are fundamentalists and/or xenophobes and tend to be irrational. They’re not pro-corporation by nature, but they can be tricked into supporting pro-corporate policies if you tell them that the alternative is Socialism/Communism/Stalinism.
Paleoconservativism is pretty much dead in the current global marketplace. Neoconservativism took a huge hit under Bush II and is struggling to find relevance.
In 2008, the “teabaggers” (they didn’t call themselves that then) perceived McCain as too much of a moderate, so he reluctantly recruited Palin to shore up his support. She was supposed to stay in the background, but that didn’t happen.
At this point, there’s no “Republican Party” as such.
There’s a random assortment of rational pro-corporate types struggling to find a new banner to rally behind.
And, in the absence of rational leadership, there’s a mob of teabaggers led by Palin and other media personalities.
What complicates things is that the media personalities don’t want to give up power now that they have it. So we’re increasingly seeing rational Republican leadership criticized as “elitist” or “Republican In Name Only”.
It’s too early to say what’s going to happen. The 2010 primary elections will give us some hints.
“One of the whackiest claims Sarah Palin makes in her new book is that she agreed to her disastrous interview with Katie Couric — a central event during Campaign 2008 — because a top McCain aide told her Couric had low self esteem, leading Palin to take pity on the CBS anchor.”
Good God, how high school is this? And she was supposed to be the veep?
McCain will burn in hell for this.
Sarah Palin wss paid between $61,000 and $68,000/year as mayor of Wassila, a town of under 10,000. The town has some kind of “manager” to run day-to-day operations and Wassila has no responsibility for fire departments or schools as those are covered by a regional authority. Her salary was way out of line with mayors and town supervisors of similar size entities across the country. I believe the only one on TV who looked into what a Mayor of Wassila does is Jon Stewart and his Daily Show who sent a reporter to interview the current mayor. They have a meeting once a week and she signs checks on Thursday. No wonder she came home and watched HGTV. Even though she was paid very well for it, Mayor of Wassila is a part-time job and there was no way to make it a full time job, especially with someone who didn’t want to do any real work.
I’d also challenge the size of the crowds that came out to see her. I recall a picture of a crowd in “The Villages” – very Republican area of Florida – and it was supposed to be 60,000 people but no way could 60,000 have fit in that town square setting. And the picture itself was not a blur of faces; you could actually see that people were clearly seated.
All in all, Sarah was a lot of hype. How long will she stay out in public now? She was getting to be like Lyndon LaRouche for a while there, communicating with her followers but never going out in public.
Palin is obviously a pathological liar but what are you to make of professional Republican campaign staffers who knew making this woman vp would have been putting an incompetent know nothing in the administration and a heart beat away from the the presidency. If you want a measure of the deep irresponsibility and corruption at the heart of today’s Republicanism look no further.
Hmm, Katie Couric did seem quite uncomfortable and at a loss for words during her interview with Sarah Palin. She must have a low self esteem…especially in the presence of someone as flawless as Palin.
Your lexicon of invective regularly includes the following: communist, socialist, Stalinist, Maoist, and Marxist.
Pray tell, how do you determine when you employ these sobriquets? Do you roll the dice, toss a dart, or do you consult a Ouija board? Surely the terms are not as interchangeable and synonymous as your use would suggest. Is there nothing that distinguishes one term from the next?
As rationale for labeling Ethan Stalinist, you state, “after reading many of his posts — including many deranged and fact-free rants directed at me, it is clear that it is the right description.” So, “fact-free = Stalinism.” Hmmm.
You then state about me, “If you were to apply yourself diligently to reading history, perhaps you might begin to get it. You probably should try, because you are quite Stalinist in your rhetoric and behavior as well. I have no doubt that you would start putting bullets in the heads of deviationists or sending them to Siberia if given half the chance. It is evident in virtually everything you say.”
Actually, you would be hard pressed to find any posts from me which advocate violence. However, you are free to cite any of my copious examples. If you are right when you contend, “It is evident in virtually everything you say,” then it should be easy to do. Your posts, however, consistently extoll the virtue of torture, a favorite pastime of Stalin’s and apparently yours as well. So far, based upon avocational pursuits alone, you would seem to be a better candidate for the mantle of Stalinism than I.
Oxford defines Stalinism as:
“1. The ideology and policies as adopted by Stalin, based upon centralization, totalitarianism, and the pursuit of communism.
2. Any rigid centralized, authoritarian form of communism.”
I would note that Oxford’s definitions for the above terms are not synonymous; they have different entries with unique definitions for each term. Do the scholars at Oxford lack those special linguistic insights into these terms which you alone possess? Is your lexicographic acumen so superior to theirs that we should defer to your definitions?
Cite with some specificity please, concrete examples from either myself or Ethan advocating any position which even remotely conforms to those definitions of Stalinism. Please enlighten us so we can avoid doing anything which might offend your encyclopedic knowledge of world history and of our legal system.
It is clear that you alone possess the knowledge and skill necessary for unraveling these complex issues before us. With your guidance, maybe we too, can walk in the way of the quarterback.
Palin is the quintessential mean girl. Other women either totally see through her or are doe-eyed acolytes wanting to be her. In the presence of a physically attractive mean girl, men usually get gob-smacked and think other women who can’t stand her are just ‘jealous’(until they are manipulated into a commitment and then can’t understand how they ended up married to such a *****–it would be a real treat to be able to read Todd’s mind). In classic mean girl fashion, Palin is attempting to throw a far more talented rival under the bus–the mean girl double whammy: slam someone else, while projecting sincere forgiveness for the pretend sins they committed against you. It will work for her acolytes and pretty much nauseate everyone else.
Sarah,
The line to use is “Larry (or Katie or Charlie, whoever), you’re being really inappropriate…”
Palin is actually like a lot of girls I knew in school. Always depending on their looks & charm…never spending a minute to use or improve the brain they were given.
She’s the girl who always finished the test FIRST, no thought to the quality/correctness of her answers.
She’s the girl who wanted to participate in all the guy stuff (hockey, hunting, etc) because that’s where all the attention came from.
“She is 3 miles wide and 1/2 inch deep” — as my grandmother used to say.
I don’t find her particularly stupid, she is just completely out of her element during interviews, interviews that you can’t cover with charm. She doesn’t have ANY knowledge in many important areas…but lots of people don’t…they’re at least smart enough to know their own limitations.
I think what most reasonably educated folks find completely scary about her, if she has no knowledge on important issues she can be SO EASILY persuaded to do the wrong thing. (puppet anyone?)
I think her extreme religious views and affiliations are indicative of her lack of knowledge…again..easily persuaded.
She certainly does appeal to a fragment of our population. But then, so did Jim Jones and others like him who prey on the vulnerabilities of others.
There really is no place for her in government…that is for legislators…she is certainly not prepared for that.
She could, however, be VERY SUCCESSFUL doing ministry work. Look at the folks on TV…she would fit right in and be adored. That’s harmless…she could handle it OK.
Tena,
Here’s some circular female reasoning. My friends and I hated SP in part because our men didn’t. And then we hated her some more because the men teased us for hating her so quickly.
We’re not against pretty, s e x y, or charming, per se. And it isn’t that she used those girlie eyelashes to to mask an obvious lack of intelligence or preparation, it’s that she was SUCCESSFUL at it.
If people buy the magazine for the cover, what hope do the writers have of getting heard? Thanks, Sarah, never so much.
I suppose, “she feels sorry for Oprah” as well. I must admit I am looking forward to the Oprah show Monday. If I remember correctly, Katie signed on with CBS with a 60,000.000. contract.
Have you ever seen anybody so proud of thier own ignorance, Or is it just bad luck, like the witty person above said?
All you need to know about Sarah Palin is that she is the son of God.
At least as far as she and her supporters are concerned.
Memo to Nation:
Sara Palin is an uneducated moron, liar, and quitter. The fact that even a dozen people in the entire country actually believe she is competent to hold national office is deeply disturbing.
“Going Rogue”, and the ridiculous sums she will earn, are the reasons she quit her job and turned her back on her actual constituents; i.e., Money.
Her book is probably written in crayon. Wake up and smell the coffee.
BTW: I am not a liberal, and I do not “fear” Palin. I fear for the country, that so many would seriously consider such an unqualified, intolerant, dishonest person to hold national office. Mayor of Wasilla, the Meth capital of Alaska. Fine. Vice-President, or President of the US? May God have mercy on our souls.
P.S.: Will the book be selling for $3.59 next week?
Quarterback-
You’ve got a lot of nerve trolling along this site.
I’d pick Tena as a Presidential Candidate anyday over the know-nothing, delusional, anti-christ Palin.
If you don’t like the left, why are you even on this site?
Do yourself a favor and put your tin foil hat back on and go back to Red State. We don’t like your kind around here.
Oh and Sarah the reason McCain’s people tried to shield you from the press is because you’re an embarassment, proof that the campaign and the GOP were unworthy to be taken as rational adults with anything to contribute to political debate.
Frankly picking you and therby torpedoing his own campaign is the best thing John McCain ever did for this country.
“I forgot, Tena, we already knew you hate the fact that Trig was born and exists, and if you had your way all such undesirables would be aborted so you wouldn’t have to see them, or at least the unsophisticated louts who don’t abort such babies should keep them out of view.”
Too bad Trig isn’t Palin’s natural born child. He’d be better off with his natural crack-head ho for a mom. At least she’d show him some affection.
I cannot wait until the whole story regarding Trigs parentage comes out. What will you think about your Savour then?
Idiot.
Palin very well may be dumb, and Mccain was a poor choice but look at what we got. Obama bin lyin and Bazooka Joe.What has Borack Obama ever done or where has he ever been that qualifies him to ruin,i mean run the country. Are we really in better hands …….
QB- the fact that you think women’s rear ends are competing with one another says it all.
See, Sarah’s brain isn’t in her rear end, though I know that’s where you’ve been looking. And Tena’s brain is also not located in her rear.
In fact, I’ll go out on a limb here and theorize that women do not house their brains in their rear ends.
See, we’re human beings.
Ponder that for a bit. You never know where it will take you.
Howling with laughter. My goodness, this lady is delusional. The Couric interview was her chance to shine and she muffed it. I have to thank Katie Couric for saving the country from this disaster in waiting.
Karen,
Far from being the “liberal” attack pieces that Palin likes to portray them as, the Couric interviews were loaded with softball questions like, “what magazines and newspapers do you read?” That Palin could muff such easy lobs indicates just how unprepared she was.
If she thinks Couric was tough on her, did she think Ahmadinejad would be more gentle?
quarterback, there is solid reason for the comments about Palin?
Palin is a numbnut!
palin’s a grubby little money ***** hound. she’s learnt bad press is better than even good press & that by saying incendiary inciteful, dividing things -she will always be in the public eye – which for her translates in to CASH.
her biggest fear is slipping fro the publics eye (on her terms) & being forgotten. the BEST thing we could ALL do to make her go away is to STOP TALKING ABOUT HER. PERIOD!
Shhh! Don’t disturb quarterback! He’s busily compiling his data on how Ethan and I are Stalinists!
Here kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty.
Poor Quitter, she can’t keep anything straight!
Felt sorry for Couric, give us all a break, we live in the lower 48, not gaga land.
You MS Quitter are a seriously nutso person. Where’s social services anyway? As far as I can tell, Quitter isn’t much of a parent.
BTW-ALL THOSE BOOKS BEING SOLD ON AMAZON, YOU KNOW WHO BUYS 100,000′S AT A TIME, YUP, TROLLS, THEN THEY DISTRIBUTE THEM AT EVENTS, PASS THEM AROUND, BURN THEM, WHATEVER.
No one with anything to say, writes their memoirs in 4 months, start to finish. You can’t tell me Americas are spending any extra money these days supporting this clown
The only reason that Palin got anywhere is because McCain picked her because she has a ******.
Period.
v*gina
That’s the word that got censored.
McCain picked Palin to be his VP running mate. Just imagine what other horrible decisions he might be making now if he were in the White House.
All I can forsee is that since Sarah is so biblical, she should unmask herself as she really is: Lilith from the Apocolypse.
There goes Palin — lying again.
Greetings Citizens,
I think Caribou Barbie was wrong in doing an interview out of pity. But she is almost right about Katie’s self-confidence and stature. It is time for Katie to be retired and join the club with Dan Rather,,,
With Sarah Palin’s intelligence level, she would have a tough time qualifying for a dog catcher’s position. The woman is a complete idiot and can hardly string together words to form a grammatically correct sentence in English. She has the chutzpah to harbor ambitions to run for the presidency of our country. May God help us all! She would be luck to win her own state of Alasks.

My god, this woman is crazier than . . . actually, I can’t think of a sufficient analogy. She’s the craziest, most delusional “politician” I’ve ever observed in nearly 43 years on God’s Green Earth.
would be believable if it was self-pity and loathing…

Better than “W,” the decider who decided us into spending trillions in Iraq and Afghanistan and hiding it in supplemental budgets, deregulated financial regulations, plunging the entire world into a financial meltdown. Not to mention wiretapping his own citizens, suspending habeas corpus, violating the Constition by establishing a unitary executive branch of government, torture, etc. You may not like President Obama, but you have to live with it just as I lived through 8 years of GWB. Census data shows that GWB is responsible for all of the failures in U.S. policies, from the economy to the environment. Data doesn’t lie.
—Constitution–
Poor, Poor Sarah, don’t you idiots know that she is perfect and nothing is ever her fault. I’m gonna nominate her for sainthood. LOL
I really hope levi has a big tattoo on his treasure trail when he poses nude saying “suck that sarah!”
Tena wrote –
“Women pegged her perfectly in the first 10 minutes after she appeared. It took men a lot longer – even progressive men.”
Well, here’s one fairly liberal older geezer who pegged her very quickly because he paid close attention to some very smart women. I published an issue of my modest e-zine that was made up of what those very smart women saw in her. It’s posted at http://tinyurl.com/4e5vns.
The next issue included the now-famous analysis of Palin by the Washington Post’s Kathleen Parker and a media critic’s analysis of her Couric interview. It’s at http://tinyurl.com/4cursk.
Then there was the issue with commentaries by those who knew her best — Alaskans, cynical ones, at that — which is posted at http://tinyurl.com/qfz6rs.
None of what is in those three Green Dogs shows up in Palin’s ghost-written tome, I betcha.
Sarah Palin is a waste of life. I was disappointed that the Huffington post bothered to give her the time of day by posting all of these articles about that ridiculous piece of rubbish she touts as a book. She is a tremendous embarrassment. Even more so because she doesn’t see it.
PATHETIC!
Sarah Palin is easily the biggest moron ever to appear on the national political stage. She is in love with the attention she has received and that is why she is still haunting us. I keep waiting for her to say “I’m ready for my close-up, Mr. DeMille”.
LOL! Do you suppose she knows enough about American movie history to pull that off?
hate to be a grammar cop, but that’s not how you spell “wackiest”.
Hail to our White Trash Gods , Palin, Levi, Prejean, Miley Cyrus, Spears etc! We all think they’re all a bunch of bucked tooth b1tches, yet I get the CNN breaking news updates about Palin’s facebook entries.
I’m glad the world is seeing through this lady. I have been an Alaskan resident for over 30 years, and have voted both parties. This lady was the Mayor of the meth capital of Alaska that was debt free and left it with 20 million in debt..there was only a population of 5,000, and a lot of people in that town weren’t into elections, so she won.(In other words, it was an easy election, that got her started in her political career.) The reason she was so popular as governor, she gave a 1,200 check to each Alaskan citizen – including children- as a stimulus- (she bought Alaskans). Do your research on her please!
Holy crapola. Socio-pathic to the core. This woman constantly points blame for her idiocy and wrongs – in really bizarre ways – classic character disorder.
And McCain and his advisors CHOSE this “incompetent” to be one heartbeat away from Commander in Chief of the USA?!
The McCain campaign “…feared making her available to groups of reporters because of her incompetence.”
Of course, they were never going to cop to that, and would have willingly stood by while Palin prepared to succede McCain as POTUS.
“The truth is, she refused to prepare for the Katie Couric interview,” the adviser continued. “She refused to engage in any preparation. And it was a disaster.”
Just HOW would they have prepared her for a GENERAL interview? Cram her for a 6th grade social studies exam?
THIS IS SO MIND-BOGGLING! Can we finally, please, say good-bye to this glitzy buffoon?
If J McMain would have won, Palin would have been a heartbeat away. Reminds me of the old joke about Quayle and Bush 41 with the secret service being advised that if Bush 41 was shot the ss was to take out Quayle LOL…
Frightening. A paranoid schizophrenic a heartbeat away from holding the highest office and the land and being the most powerful person in the world. Gives me the creeps…
Sarah, in the book excerpt I saw on Althouse’s site, says she suggested FOX and the Wall Street Journal, but the campaign wanted Couric. To not want to do Couric does not suggest that she did not want media coverage. She is not contradicting herself in this case, from what I see.
The McCain staffers are going to try to cover their behinds in this as well; we really can’t take anyone at their word, and we’ll probably never get the actual truth.
Having said that, the last person I expect truth from is Sarah.
I would not vote for her in a primary: even a ten percent chance that she could win the election (and I think her chances are much better than that) is much more frightening than a fifty percent chance that Romney or even Huckerbee might do so—in this, I’m putting the safety of my country and my life over the health of the Democratic Party, for whom hervrumning probably would be great.
And I would hold off on calling her ‘dumb’—I think she is quite clever, which word is best defined as ‘intelligence in someone you don’t like or of a sort you deprecate’—GWB could evidently remember you five years after meeting you but once, Reagan understood exactly what a certain large part of America wanted to hear, Wilson was great at making bigotry respectable….
I neglected to say: she is _not_ dumb…she is incurious and so is good at believing in things absolutely, especially whatever she says, meaning that it is almost impossible for her to lie.
And going way back: Obama a ‘hard left’ist?
(I like ending with a joke.)
I am a senior but irresistiblywsssssssssssssssssssssss fan of the Muppets Show characters and Sarah Pailin is Miss Piggy all the way.
Your all a bunch of followers. You elected a socialist president and do not even graspthe meaning! Your all laughable. And BTW….she will RUN again and she WILL win.
Erica,
You don’t seem to know the definition for the word “socialist.” It actually has a meaning beyond your use as a vituperative epithet.
Have you pondered why so many liberals on this site and others DESPERATELY want Sarah Palin to run for president in 2012? It is certainly not because they want her to win, it is because they are absolutely certain that she doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in h*ll of winning.
Sarah Palin doesn’t even know what newspapers and magazines she reads. How is she going to get elected president?
She was half a governor. I hate to break it to you, but that was the zenith of her political career.
As a staunch member of the Democratic party, I would love to encourage Caribou Barbie to team up with Lynn Cheney as the newest ticket the Republicans have to offer in the 2012 election season. That way President Obama need not waste time campaigning and can get on with the business of fixing the mess left to him. He can just call it in. And Caribou Barbie should learn the ‘ole common sense adage – “If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.” Oh, wait, let her keep talking. It does add to the amusement. You go Sarah! Stupidity RULES!
Does Palin actually think this will go over as anything close to truthiness? I mean, with anyone other than… well, “folks” like my dad. (I weep, honestly I do.)
Palin was a vice-presidential candidate who was an unknown quality to 90% of American voters. She desperately needed national exposure. In-depth nterviews are tools to a modern national candidate — absolute necessities. There’s no emotion or condescension involved — you prepare, take the interview and present yourself to the targeted voters; then you prepare, take the next interview, and the next, and the next.
Katie Couric was just the second stop in the necessarily diverse media circus. She has a show watched by a smaller (well, *usually*) solid viewer core — an older, middle-income, life-educated, pro-female crowd, repeat voters — a very attractive demographic to the McCain campaign. She’s a seasoned, well-liked, professional interviewer.
And we’re supposed to accept that a first-term governor from a hick state (well — meth, high alcoholic and welfare stats, low educational stats — yeah, that’s hick) threw a national media figure a pity interview? Yep yep yep, totally makes sense.
Sarah, darling, your facebook still banners you as the governor of Alaska. Right up at the top, on the left? Yeah. Just tell me now — are we doing the Bush Historic Library Rewrite here, or just the Wasilla Hillbilly Turkey Day Rewrite? Do I bookmark ‘1984′, or ‘Maury Povich’?
Shouldn’t this article be in the Comedy Section of HP?
Well, at least McCain’s campaign fiasco benefited him in one way. He no longer has nightmares about his days as a POW. Now his nightmares are about Sarah. He must wake up in a cold sweat every time he sees her face in a dream.
In reading these comments some people need to get a life…the responses reflect a new negative IQ level not listed yet.
Ok, Let’s give McCain a bit of credit here. What was he thinking when he asked her to be his running mate. Are you crazy.
I believe that among the guarantees our forefathers provided for in our Constitution was an implied right which the liberals refuse to acknowledge; the right to fail.
I know it sounds fatalistic and it certainly is cynical but I’m beginning to fall victim to a new philosophy explemplified with the following analogy.
Let’s assume we have a house that we live in together. Some of the residents want to redecorate/remodel the inside with changes that will add no value to the home. Some of the residents want to patch the leaking roof and and replace the broken windows because, even though the foundation to the house is solid, those seeking to remodel/redecorate will never agree to rebuild on the original foundation. There just isn’t enough money to do both and the house looked pretty darn nice the way it was when it was first built. Maybe the best solution is to let the idiots who love to design and radically change the inside have their way because if the outside isn’t patched at all the damn place will fall down quicker and then we can do what we should have done in the first place; rebuild on that good foundation, the one our ancestors built to begin with.
As a corollary to the first analogy consider this. The fact is that sometimes businesses are in such bad shape that barrowing and/or infusing more money won’t solve the problems. Declare bankruptcy and get a fresh new start. So let them spend like there’s no tomorrow. When the money runs out there will be no more welfare state. My attorney is investing in copper and brass and lead! I think you’re heavily invested there already.
“The adviser also provided more details on the strategy the campaign adopted with Palin and the press, saying they feared making her available to groups of reporters because of her incompetence.”
This comes from someone that has managed her career to the staggering levels of goffer!
Erica, learn English before you post to these comments, you mean you’re as in you are. When you start off with a stupid mistake in usage how can you be taken seriously. Just like Sarah!~!!!
You know, I am not the smartest person in the world, but…I seem to think if all of you would put all this (wonderful?) energy into helping come up with ways to help the governments in each state and the federal government work out the issues that we are really fighting for today…like feeding OUR poor, and helping OUR poverty stricken seniors, disabled and homeless. This might just be a better place to live. Just an honest opionion about a lot of bullpucky that you are trashing at eachother about something and 2 people, Sarah & Levi (who is only riding the band wagon for the money)&(not to bright himself), that are really old news and have no prudence on the real issues and crisis going on in the United States of America, land of the free.
wow, if she really did it out of pity (lol, like she has that emotion) then I would suggest she not ever do something out of pity again. How disasterous for her.
Here’s a heads up to all you palinbots.
She is NEVER going to run for public office ever again, no matter how much you grovel at her feet!
She just won’t come right out and say it because she wants to milk you suckers for every dime she can get before she will admit that she does not want to hold public office again.
You just don’t get that she is in this for the money and NOTHING else!
There is one glaringly obvious take-away from this article: Those who were advising her, didn’t believe in her. They admit to peddling something they themselves didn’t believe in. Does one more word really need to be said beyond this?
is this a joke?
This woman has never admitted a mistake or error. Her public utterances have always shifted the blame on other people for whatever went wrong. She will not run for President. She is too lazy. Her entire public life she has never completed any job. Not one. She went from one position to another and never completed a thing.
She is shallow, self absorbed, narcissistic. She has no real depth or ideology other than what suits her at the moment. And she is totally ignorant of American History, which most people are, much less anything having to do with foreign policy or other country’s. But then Bush lacked the same experience. And gee, look how well he did. OOPS!!!
She went to Couric because she figured that Couric would not use a tough interview on her. And she didn’t. Katie does not do the tough stuff. She is the Larry King of nightly news. She had no qualifications to do the job. But even she, could best this rogue airhead. It does not take much to best Palin.
Sarah has gotten by always on her looks, her ability to BS. And her outstanding ability to speak off the cuff at a mile a minute. And it is only when she has finished speaking that the listener realizes she has said nothing. And at saying nothing, this woman is first class. If she lived in a trailer she would be trailer trash. There will always be people that favor flash over substance. And the new Republican cult draws the loony and the nasty to it’s bosom.
One day people may catch on to Sarah. One day they may begin to listen to the hollow words and ideas of this airhead. And in the meantime she will make money and perhaps get a show on Fix Network. This is where all those like her seem to end up. Be they former druggies or alcoholics. It is home to the damaged.
Several posters have hit on the Palin Ideology: use s*e*x* appeal and glamour to “charm” the opponent (winks, smiles, make-up, hairdos, fancy dressing, pageant walking) rather than engage in anything more. When that doesn’t work, go on the attack. I agree that the Charlie Gibson interview revealed more about Palin’s M.O. than the Couric interview; Palin tried to charm Gibson with winks and smiles like a cobra, attempting to cover up her deficient responses. When Gibson pressed her onward, Palin would get uppity. Note that Carrie Prejean does the exact same thing. It’s the Conservative Woman’s Platform and they do so resent being called on it. No wonder right wing women hate **** and lesbians: we can all see through the bullshit glamour that would typically charm a heterosexual man or another conservative woman (who might be gulled into wanting to be just like the pretty lady on TV).
Creatures like Palin and Prejean are setting the Womens’ Rights Movement back 50 years.
She is a Narcissist of the worst order.
No! what is so sad that there are millions of losers who identify with this women! Becuase she represents those who are too damn lazy to read,be educated, and present a rational and logical thought. These are people screaming about the perserving the US Constitution that have never read it at all! Nor do they ever intend to. It’s never facts with these people. It’s raw fearbased irrational emotionally charged BS! day end and day out.
In regard to comments by”quarterback”,(and thats an interesting sobriquet, speaks volumes).SP couldn’t pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were written on the bottom.Battle of wit’s?0h please.I am from alaska and she is dumber than a box of rocks.
Here in Alaska there are a lot of people like Sarah Palin, they are a product of gross ignorance and right wing religious fanatacism. It is frightening that there are so many of them.
Here is an example of the experience Sarah Palin had before she ran for governor.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMocEINn-E8
It doesn’t matter anymore, because i’m still trying to get pass those hideous hairdos from her campaign trail; ewww, the woman (Palin) remind me of Wilma Flintstones!
Raw, fear-based, irrational, emotionally charged, BS! Seems you bloggers are all too familiar with these words. Be more introspective
Sarah Palin is reflective of many in our society today – she is a fame junkie. First, a pageant contestant; then, a television personality; then, politics; and now, just an free-lance celebrity. She has gotten out of politics and gotten under the media’s skin, where her every move can be breathlessly reported, and where she can spout her opinions without bothering over substance.
Like Carrie Prejean, Jon and Kate, and the Octomom, she has been touched by a quirk of fate that put her in the spotlight. And, like them, she will do or say anything to stay there.
In the end, though, it is less her fault than the fault of a lazy press who find easier to cover life’s little freak show than to dig for real news.
I agree with the comment made that (If Serah Palin’s brain was put in a bird, it would fly backwords) !!!!
Deranged, fact-less ranting makes one a Stalinist? In that case, Stalin must be worried Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck are going to kick him out of the Politburo and send him off to Siberia!
That is such a ridiculous excuse.
Palin is her own worst enemy. As a Republican, the Couric interview seemed quite innocuous to me. All Couric did was ask a bunch of softball questions that, if she were Presidential material, Palin should have been sharp enough to answer on the spur of the moment. She glaringly showed her unfitness for office. It was really strange to think that Palin could be a heartbeat away from the presidency and still not be able to answer the simplest questions about periodicals. Aside from looking like a deer caught in someone’s headlights, she just stuttered instead of answering the simple question about what she read. Now she tries to blame McCain for her inadequacies. On the other hand, McCain did give her the nod so what about his judgment. As a Republican, I can tell you that all this silliness in supporting Palin by the neo-cons will make us lose the election in 2012. Most Party leaders seem to be slow learners.
Anyone that believes the lies that Sarah Palin spreads around should go stick their head in the sand. Sarah is a nasty stupid woman who needs to go home, raise her children (poor things) and leave the rest of us alone!!!!!!
Will Piper and trig be doing the book tour too??
I see in PA, she is going to Washington, a small town South of Pittsburgh. A DRY town to boot. How many teabaggers, do you think live there? Her book tour is a joke too! Small towns, where there is no large media to ask her questions. There will just be video snippets of adoring fans screaming. I don’t take her seriously at all. She might lead the GOP b/c those people do get to vote. But she will NEVER run this country. The Dems and independent, and alot of educated GOPers (yes, there are some) would never vote for her in a National election.
She IS tabloid fodder, and of course CNN covers her all day long, with “breaking news”. CNN is worse then FOX, when it comes to Palin, must be why there numbers are so high!!
Encourage her. She is so good for the party.
Guys! Gals! Sarah is doing the best she knows how (chuckle).
Anybody see this week’s Newsweek cover? How “presidential”
Please, it was NOT unfair to ask Sarah Palin where she got her news from. That she couldn’t even make something up showed us that she doesn’t follow the news at all. She was unable to just name a single newspaper, to get Couric off the topic. She doesn’t know the NAME of a SINGLE newspaper… probably except the New York Times, which she knows from memorizing talking points that other people have spouted.
THIS IS FOR QUARTERBACK!
‘Stalinism’ is a term that refers to a ‘theory and practice of Communism.’ Republicans accuse Democrats of being radical left-wing Socialists, and then make references to Communist Leaders. For the un-Educated Palin-ite followers, The difference between Communism and Socialism is that in a Socialist Economy, the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government. In Communism, there is no Central government, thus making your premise null and invalid!
By the way, the $1200 stimulus package given to the residents of Alaska would also be considered a Socialist Act.
Sarah Palin used Trig as a ploy to gain favorable attention among the social conservatives to forward her Pro-Life agenda. The Obama’s children were not used as mere ‘puppeteers’ to forward the issues on Same *** Marriage, Pro-Choice, or more More Government Regulation, thus, making your ‘ridiculous analogy’ null and void as well!
I have many friends who are Republicans. We have CONSTRUCTIVE debates. I think they’re VERY intelligent! Not all Democrats are out for blood! Spare me the melodrama! Many of Republicans were supporters of Mitt Romney, NOT Sarah Palin. If Palin wants to surivive in Politics, my advice, learn US history. She can commence her career in politics in 2012 after reading Ron Paul’s book “The Revolution.” He shares her social conservative views on being Pro-Life. But unlike Palin, Ron Paul is ACTUALLY a highly intelligent man!
The interview spoke for itself. Sarah Palin is intellectually challenged! The residents in Alaska know this, when will people like you and Elisabeth Hassleback GET A CLUE!
Sarah makes Prejean look like a Rhodes scholar. She is the most anti-abortion twitterer and that is the main issue with some people. Somebody up there was criticizing bloggers. This is a good way to compare notes with fellow citizens. Soon we will be voting on-line.
here we have people like palin.this group claims to be the Moral majority..?they drink the koolaid of the gop.they claim to be christian they follow fox news which airs such shows as Family Guy.the family dog-Brian dates and has *** with People.WOW!and that’s Christian Progaming!?!!!it seems these folks spend a lot of time trying to put ****spin***on the Bible, only to try to take it out of context to appear more believeable.methinks the true EVIL lurks with this bunch of Wackos.be careful-folks.this woman’s a Prop for something bigger.BLESS YOU ALL
